History

MLSB, was originally established as Pengangkutan Kargo Udara MAS Sdn Bhd (PKUM) in 5th March1981 and was located at the former Subang Airport.

Being among the first few national logistics service provider in Malaysia, we have grown and widened our horizons into other avenues such as the facilitation of cargo transshipment for major airlines, freight forwarding and warehousing.

We have also extended our services throughout major airports in Malaysia and Singapore. Since then, we continue to grow with the main aim of becoming a totally integrated logistics provider in Malaysia.

Milestones

1981 - First established as Pengangkutan Kargo Udara MAS Sdn Bhd (PKUM) and began its operation at the former KL International Airport in Subang.
1990 - MASkargo Logistics Sdn Bhd widened its horizons to include Freight Forwarding into their list of services.
1998 - MASkargo Logistics Sdn Bhd relocated itself to its current headquarters at the Kuala Lumpur Interntional Airport in Sepang.
2000 - MASkargo launched "i-Port" services, the world’s first airport within a seaport and Maskargo Logistics Sdn Bhd was appointed as the key i-Port operator in Malaysia.
2003 - MASkargo Logistics Sdn Bhd’s i-Port recognized as "First in the world" by Malaysia Book of Records.
2004 - MASkargo and MASkargo Logistics Sdn Bhd handled the biggest ever i-Port Shipment from South Africa to Shanghai, China.
2005 - MASkargo Logistics Sdn Bhd achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification.
2007 - Appointed by the Malaysia Government as one of the Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO)
